Staff
Presentation's fully
certified teachers provide personal and supportive training to each student in
their classes.
Over the past five years, 118 Presentation students have advanced to the
regional science fair competition and 37 students have advanced to the State
Science Fair finals.
Presentation students consistently score above the state and national averages
in standardized tests.
The most recent
testing was done in October, 2006. Our second, fourth, sixth, and seventh grade
students took part in the Metropolitan Achievement Test (MAT8). The following
eight subjects were tested:
- Math
- Reading
- Language
- Spelling
- Science
- Social Studies
- Research Skills
- Thinking Skills
The median grade-equivalent scores for our
students were
at or above grade level in every subject area.
